Portsdean Technical Supplies & Services Limited offers a 24-hour emergency callout service.

Please note this service is available for all our Platinum Cover maintenance contract customers.

However, we also extend this service to new customers and customers that do not have the full Platinum cover. Emergency cover is for water and Gas leaks the Engineer will quote you for the cost. This will depend on the time of day and the nature of the emergency. Please be aware that the engineers carry a limited amount of emergency materials/spares so cannot always guarantee to repair the boiler/solve the emergency.
